During this program you will learn the fundamentals of mindfulness practice, to take care of yourself and develop self-compassion. You will become aware of behavioral patterns that often contribute to the pain.

Option 1

$984 (10 weeks, 2 hours weekly)

Time: Mondays – 6 to 8 pm

Location: Montreal, Near Guy Concordia Metro Station

Option 2

$120/ Session

Time: Thursdays – 5:30 to 7:30 pm

Location: Montreal, Near Atwater Metro Station
